Hepatitis C and the use of simple flowers, what people call herbs.

Have you heard of Milk Thistle, Dandelion or Chrysanthemum? These are flowering plants or weeds your call. These actually have chemicals in them that aid the Liver.
Each does something a little different but these are very useful in aiding the toxic liver of those with Hep C.

My early days of being sick I picked up the book Mother Earth's Natural Herbs in 1996. I did not know the workings of herbs back then.
I just believed that what I needed came from the earth I live on, not out of a synthetic chemical lab.

I remember reading that dandelion was good for the liver. So I had lots of dandelions on my property to use. I began washing the roots and eating them raw. Oh my they were bitter! I dried them in winter and made tea with them. I had no idea on the how too's I just did it. Funny how I experimented with not much knowledge.
Well I was doing something, compared to nothing but sleeping every extra moment I could.

Any experiments that you have tried that worked or didn't?
